I have learned a lot since I started writing here, about myself and other schizoids. Also, turns out I have some bad 'mommy issues' in much the same way that a lot of women have 'daddy issues'. Which sucks because I'm living with her all summer

perhaps I should rephrase. When I think about 'daddy issues', I tend to think about a girl whose father is distant and/or dismissive. That is how I would categorize my own mother. It obviously manifests differently, for the reason that we have a 'mother-son' relationship instead of a 'father-daughter' relationship, and because she was my only caretaker, whereas many people are raised by two parents |
